Landwaart Triage Portal

A portal has been built for Landwaart Training & Coaching that supports the entire audit process around triage calls: from recording a call and listening back to it, through to assessment, approval and the report.

Everyone works from their own role. The manager creates audits, the triage nurse assesses their own calls, the auditor gives the verdict and approves the audit, and the practice coach follows along to provide coaching. The administrator manages users, organisations and standards, but does not carry out any assessments. Data is strictly separated. Each user belongs to one or more organisations, and that link determines what they can see: a manager or coach only sees the audits of their own organisation, and a triage nurse only sees their own calls. In a calibration round, the names of the participating auditors are anonymised. And because the calls involve patients, security and privacy form the foundation and are our highest priority: mandatory 2FA, a full audit log and recordings that are deleted automatically.
